Sports Radio 1450 (WFMB-AM) hosted the 22nd annual Thanksgiving Walk in the Park at Lincoln Park on Thanksgiving morning. Listeners were invited to bring a cash donation benefiting local food pantry, St. Martin de Porres. The Walk in the Park generated $5,727 for St. Martin de Porres.
Sports Radio 1450 AM Springfield’s Sam Madonia, Shawn Balint, Paul Pachlhofer and Robert Urbanek broadcast live from the event. The large turnout of Springfield locals and listeners enjoyed breakfast along with the walk in the park. This year’s new title sponsor was EMedRx Solutions.
