Neuhoff Media Springfield’s Zach Kerker, Director of Digital Sports Development, was named “Innovator of the Year” at the University of Illinois Springfield’s Capitol of Illinois Innovation Competition and Awards Ceremony.
More than 100 individual applicants applied for this designation. The University of Illinois Springfield, Innovate Springfield, and the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine hosted the inaugural event April 2.
Kerker is the driving and creative force behind Channel1450.com. He was recognized for his “personalized delivery of sports information in Sangamon County.”
