Neuhoff Media is leader in the broadcast and digital advertising marketplace.  We not only sell our own content, but also that of our services partners, which allows us to place digital campaigns with unprecedented reach and targetablilty.

 

You will work closely with our Sales Management team and our sales staff in our multiple marketplaces, creating client advertising solutions using our digital assets. You will be responsible for the vision, implementation, and execution of our digital strategies. This is a hands-on sales and client service-oriented position that will include a significant amount of time in the field meeting with our customers.  We are flexible in considering your location, while understanding the requirement to maintain active participation in our key market areas across central Indiana and Illinois.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • The overall digital vision and strategy of our organization
  • Constantly working with our sales team to develop new opportunities to incorporate digital products
  • Educate sales team on how to position and sell all of our stations’ and our partner’s digital assets
  • Hands-on role including daily client calls with sales team members
  • Manage the process of budgeting, forecasting, and pacing with guidance from your supervisor
  • Track and manage existing digital campaigns
  • Oversee creative production and execution of special web projects
  • Keep abreast of new technologies available with potential for generating sales revenue
  • Generate and understand online metrics in order to analyze trends and develop sales materials
  • Be adaptable to troubleshoot any technical issues as may arise with internet content, creative and ad serving

  • Ability to lead, grow, and teach talented salespeople
  • Excellent sales presentation skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate sales team
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals
  • Strong organizational problem-solving and people skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A knack for understanding new digital technologies
  • Media sales and leadership experience preferred
